What qualifications will I receive after completing a course?

All of our courses are CPD-certified, and many are also regulated qualifications under the RQF framework (such as TQUK-accredited first aid training). Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate that is nationally recognised and valid for workplace compliance. You can choose to purchase a physical copy of your certificate when making your booking. The physical certificate is £10 including delivery.
Are your courses suitable for beginners with no prior experience?

Yes — our training is designed to support both beginners and experienced professionals. Courses such as our Emergency First Aid at Work or Phlebotomy Skills Course are perfect for those starting their healthcare journey.
How long are the certificates valid for?

Most of our first aid and clinical skills certificates are valid for 3 years. However, courses like Basic Life Support (BLS) are typically recommended or required to be refreshed annually, especially in healthcare and aesthetics roles.
Do I need to bring anything to the course?

All materials, equipment, and resources will be provided on the day. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing photo ID for registration.
Where are your training courses held?

Courses are delivered in person at our professional training venues. Locations are listed on each course page and in your confirmation email. We also offer onsite group training — contact us to arrange this.
Will I get practical, hands-on experience during the course?

Absolutely. All of our courses — from First Aid to Cannulation — include hands-on, scenario-based training to ensure you leave with real, usable skills and confidence to apply them in real-world settings.
How do I book a course online?

Booking is quick and easy via our website. Simply choose your course, select a date, and complete secure online payment. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details.
Can I change my course date after booking?

We understand plans can change. You may be able to reschedule your course, subject to availability and our terms and conditions. Please contact us at least 7 days before your original course date.
What happens if I miss my course?

Unfortunately, if you miss your booked course without prior notice, it may be classed as a late cancellation. We encourage all learners to read and agree to our full cancellation policy before confirming paym
