At Onpoint Learning, we offer a vocational qualification in emergency first aid that, while not regulated by Ofqual, equips learners with crucial skills applicable in various settings. Our flexible delivery model allows for blended learning options and tailored assessments, making training accessible and practical, though it does not carry formal endorsements under EYFS or Ofsted. Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation • All course places must be booked in advance through our online booking system or via direct contact with OnPoint Learning. • A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received. 2. Payments • Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Group bookings (organisations booking for staff) may be invoiced, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date and prior to the course start date. 3. Cancellations & Refunds • Learner cancellations: • More than 14 days before the course – full refund or free transfer to another date. • 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund or transfer (subject to availability). • Less than 7 days before the course – no refund and no transfer dates. • OnPoint Learning cancellations: • If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, learners will be offered a full refund or free transfer to a future course date. 4. Transfers & Substitutions • Learners may transfer to another available course date free of charge if notice is given at least 14 days before the course. • A substitute delegate may be sent in place of the original learner at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the course. 5. Attendance & Certification • Learners must attend the full course and complete all required assessments to be eligible for certification. • Certificates are usually issued digitally within 10 working days of course completion. • Replacement certificates may be subject to an administration fee. 6. Course Requirements • Learners must be physically able to take part in practical elements such as CPR and the recovery position. • Any medical conditions or additional learning needs should be disclosed to OnPoint Learning at the time of booking so reasonable adjustments can be made. 7. Liability • OnPoint Learning is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by learners in the event of course cancellation.
